‘Getting everything ready’ in adobe express

I am in England. I have seen others have had this problem in the past and have followed all the advice given, to no avail. Adobe express opens but the minute I try to do anything, touch the screen at all, the ‘getting things ready’ occurs. And stays. I have tried all the things it could be. Was fine yesterday.

    Hey since today i also seem to be having the same issue. If i try to open files I get stuck at the „one moment please“ page.

    Gerät: iPad Air 13" (M3)  
    System: iPadOS 26.3  
    Abo: Adobe Express Premium

    Das Problem tritt bei allen Projekten auf, auch bei neu erstellten. Ich habe die App vollständig gelöscht und neu installiert, das iPad neu gestartet, Netzwerkeinstellungen zurückgesetzt und verschiedene System-Workarounds getestet. Der Fehler bleibt unverändert bestehen. Die Web-Version von Adobe Express im Browser funktioniert hingegen normal.

    Bitte prüfen Sie, ob es sich um einen bekannten Kompatibilitäts- oder Rendering-Bug handelt, und leiten Sie die Anfrage ggf. an das technische Team weiter.

    Same problem here, trying to work in some projects but the screen keeps on ''preparing the page''.
    I tried everything, deleted the app, reinstall, clear cache, but nothing seems to work.

    Same issue here… deleted and reinstalled app as well. No Luck. No App updates pending nor any IOS updates. Currently on IOS 26.2.1iPad Pro 13” (M4) Model MVXW3LL/A

    I’ll add to the mix – am experiencing the same for over 6 hours today. Had the same problem 2 days ago but it resolved after a few hours.

    Are you seeing this on an iPad (we are investigating an iPad-specific issue with similar symptoms). If not, could you let us know your device/OS details?

    Same problem with me, the application opened fine but when I try to open any of my file or even create a new stuff it is appear “getting things ready for you” and no response

    I have followed all the advice, and cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled…still the same. Nothing else I can do…
