Google adverts animated banners

Question

Hi,I created 4 animated banners in Photoshop (5.5). However they ended up too heavy for Google adverts. The maximum allowed by Google is 150kb. Mine are between 250 and 550kb.  Can I re-create them (custom size, original graphics) using Adobe Express? As I tried the software, so far I could not find how to set the dimensions to what I wanted. I could not see where I could reduce the workspace to the dimensions of the banner (300X250). Thank you! Andre

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you still need help, as our engineering team fixed some bugs.

You can custom-size images under the Resize Image option. Once you upload the image to resize, choose the option custom from the dropdown box on the right side.
