Google Drive and Google Photos no longer functioning as expected

I used to be able to use photos from Google Drive as well as from Google Photos. This functionality has disappeared since Spark was retired.  Also, why are the albums in Google Photos listed in random order when they appear in alphabetical order in the app itself?  This makes everything more time consuming and tedious.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We will be happy to assist you. Please open a CC Express in an app click on the + button highlighted in pink colour. It will take you to your phone gallery then you will see a tile (=>more). Click on it, and it will take you to your Google photos and Google drive. That is the place from where you can add your photos. If you still find any issue, please feel free to write us back.
