Grouping fonts together without Creative Cloud?

Can I organize and group 3rd party fonts together without a computer (and therefore without Creative Cloud)?

I recently installed a number of new, 3rd party fonts to use in Adobe Express, but a bunch of fonts within the same typeface didn't get grouped together for some reason. So there are multiple fonts which all belong to the same typeface (i.e., "Arial bold", "Arial condensed", "Arial italic", etc.), but instead of being grouped under one typeface as they should be (in this case, "Arial"), they're scattered all over, each font being listed separately, and finding or using them is such a difficult and convoluted process that the whole thing becomes a waste of time.

I need to organize my list of fonts, and group the aforementioned related fonts under their respective typefaces, as they should be, but I don't own a computer and therefore can't use Creative Cloud. Is there any alternative method for organizing my font list? Thank you for your time and have a great day.
