Having trouble downloading Photo Book in PDF

Hi there

Have spent days creating Photobook,and trying to download in PDF to enable printing.
Comes up with the following error message: 

"Failed to fetch"

 

What do I do??

    Would you mind telling us which Adobe Application are you working on and if possible, please share the screenshot or the screen recording of the workflow you follow that leads to this error? It will help us to understand & investigate the issue better.
