Does Adobe Express to Instagram post reservation support HDR videos?

 

Are there any recommended file formats or settings?

Hi @Hiro5C2D,

 

Thank you for your patience.

Adobe Express currently doesn't support uploading HDR videos directly to Instagram posts. Also, Instagram doesn't support HDR formats.

As a workaround, you could use Premier Pro to convert your video from HDR to SDR, but this might slightly affect the quality of the highlights and shadows.
