Hello, I am experiencing a major inconvenience and need your assistance. I waited nearly 20 minutes to download a completed file from Adobe Express, even though my internet speed is good. This issue appears to be related to your servers. Please help resolve this problem.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Could you please let us know the file format you're trying to download? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
