Hello, I have premium membership but the AI toggle on the home page is not visible. Is there something I need to do to make the toggle appear?

Hello,

I need to use the AI Assistant mode in Adobe Express and have premium membership, however the AI Assistant toggle is not visible on the homescreen. I am not sure why, or how to get it to show up. I have attached a screen shot.

Hi Tarun, thank you for getting back to me. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari. None are showing the AI Assistant toggle. When I log in, I am using my education organisation login.

Since you're logging in with an education organization account, this is very likely an admin-level setting rather than a bug. Many EDU/enterprise tenants have AI features (like the AI Assistant) intentionally disabled by their organization's admin, often for policy or compliance reasons specific to schools.

I'd recommend checking with your school/organization's IT or Adobe admin to confirm whether AI features are enabled for your account type. They may be able to turn it on for you, or explain why it's restricted.
