Help with exporting a layered image

I export the image but the download doesn't look the same as it does on the app. It has multiple layers but I did the exact same thing with the icon and it downloaded as it's supposed to look. But the banner does not! I tried both export options and look how differentit is. Yet the icon exported fine. ????? This is driving me crazy!

Could you please point out to us which of the images you uploaded is the correct one?

Also, kindly send me a troubleshooting video of all the steps you take to be able to export the correct image for us to test.

Not sure how to do a video. The icon, the smaller square one is how it's supposed to look. The longer rectangle is the incorrect one. I managed to export it properly on my desktop browser, however the phone app still doesn't work. Not sure why it would only work on desktop and not the app!
