When I try to download files in PDF the desktop becomes black for few seconds ad then the download restart but stops at 90%. How can I resolve this problem?

We’re sorry you’re experiencing this issue with PDF downloads in Adobe Express. Here’s how to troubleshoot it:

  1. Update Adobe Express via Creative Cloud.

  2. Clear cache (Preferences > Media Cache).

  3. Check folder permissions (ensure "Write" access).

  4. Try saving to Creative Cloud first, then download.
