Hinzufügen von Design-Elemente seit dem letzten Update teilweise nicht möglich

Seit dem letzten Update kann zum Beispiel das Design Element "Pfeil" (eines davon) nicht mehr hinzugefügt werden.
Es wird eingefügt, verschwindet aber sofort wieder.

I have the same problem when use small design elements. Use the app Adobe express for iPad. The operating system is iPadOS 15.4 on a iPad Pro 12.9 (2021) 5th Generation. The actually Adobe Version is 10.8.1
