How can I make part of an icon it text a different colour?

Question

So I am trying to put an icon partly  over a colour block and so I want to make the part of the icon over the colour block a different colour to the rest of the icon not over the colour block. Is there a way to do this on the mobile app of adobe express?

Hi ​@Tedster0101, good question!There isn't a built-in way to split an icon's color based on what it overlaps, but here's a workaround that gets the same visual effect:Duplicate the icon so you have two copies stacked in the same spotOn one copy, use the crop tool to keep only the part that sits over the color block, and change that copy's colorOn the other copy, crop out that same portion (keep only the part that's off the color block) and leave it in the original colorLine both copies back up in the same positionThat'll give you the two-tone look you're going for.
