How can I use multi clip templates?

Question

I have a edit with several clips that I made into a template. I need to drag videos from my Google drive onto each clip, however it does not retain the template clip length. ONLY for the first clip, that replacement works as expected. All others don't hold their original length. Why is this? I need a web video editor that links to my drive and I'm shocked by lack of basic features.

Hi @Drake5D85Thanks for posting about this. I don't think this is possible currently in Express but could you help us out by creating a feature request for this idea? Please do so here https://adobe.ly/4hMc5Em I searched to see if anyone had requested this idea previously but didn't find it. Please also include detailed info about why this feature is needed and what type of workflow it would be used in. Others in the community can vote on the idea to help our developers understand how popular the idea is. I believe this feature is available in our more complex video editing software Premiere Pro (not browser based).Thanks,Dave
