How can we create and share brand templates without using an individual account?

I work for a regional campus for a state university. Our mothership campus created general templates for us to use, but they're not campus-specific, so we're looking into creating our own. I noticed that when they created their templates, a specific user was named as the creator. How can we avoid that? Is there a way to use a group account so that we don't lose the templates after the creator leaves?

Hi @jessicaz66339601,

Currently, Adobe Express templates are tied to the account of the creator, which means that if an individual leaves, their templates could become inaccessible. To avoid this, you can:

  • Use a shared or department account for creating brand templates, so ownership stays with the team rather than an individual.

  • Ensure templates are stored in shared libraries accessible to all relevant users within your campus.

This way, even if one user leaves, the templates remain available to others.
