How do I access my photo app folders in Adobe express?

Hi,

I am new to working with mac so this might be the issue, but when I want to upload photos to adobe express, I would like to access the photo app as I have things organised in folders.

When uploading it takes me to finder. In finder/applications the photo app is not accessible (greyed out). I can only access my pictures folder that has the timeline, but I want to get to Photo app folders. Can someone help me?
