How do i download a file from Adobe Express to edit on my PC with Adobe Illustrator?

Hi ​@Yasi G - you're right that Express doesn't save out a native Illustrator (.ai) file, but you can still get your design into Illustrator to keep working on it. The most reliable route is to export as PDF and open that:

→ In your Express project, click Download (top-right)
→ Choose PDF as the format and download it
→ In Illustrator, go to File → Open and select that PDF

Opening the PDF in Illustrator keeps your text and vector shapes as editable objects where possible, while any photos come in as flattened images. It won't be a perfect layer-for-layer handoff, but PDF is the closest you'll get for continuing to edit the vectors and text.
