How do I generate web pages for a photos story?

In the past I used Adobe Spark to generate a web page for showing my photos as a photo story with some text. Then I have used Adobe Express. It was very convinient because there was a dircet link to the Lightroom Cloud data. This link is gone.

How would I build web pages with a lot of photos today with the Adobe tools? 

Any ideas would be really appreciated.
