How do I get the content I had on my old account with former school district

I am a teacher who used to work for another school district. I had a lot of designs and images on an account that was tied to the school email. When I left, I wasn't able to access anything because the district shut down the email. Now that I have a new account, is there a way to access my material from my old account?

Hey @derek_0726, there's no direct way to achieve what you've mentioned here. You can try reaching out to the school IT administrator and asking them to give you access to your school account, and then you can share the required material with your personal account.
