How do I upload a screencast into adobe express?

please help!! I can't upload screencasts on to adobe express I can't even upload screen-recordings at that matter! So someone please help!

Can you try uploading the file in some video formats like MP4 or MOV? Webm is currently not supported with Adobe Express. Let us know if other video formats don't upload for you.
