How long do the barcodes (for links) last? If you have a membership, are they continuous?

    Hi @Exciting_Galaxy06c7,

Good question to nail down before you rely on one. For the QR codes you generate in Express (the standard QR generator), the answer is reassuring:

    • They don't expire. The link is baked directly into the code itself, so there's no Adobe service running behind it that could switch off. The code keeps working as long as the web page it points to stays live.

    • A membership doesn't change that. These codes don't depend on a subscription at all, they work the same whether you're on a paid plan or not, and they won't stop working if a plan lapses. So they're safe for print, signage, anything long-term.

The one thing to keep an eye on isn't the code, it's the destination: if the URL it points to ever goes down or changes, the code would lead to a dead page.

If you happen to be using an editable/trackable QR code (a newer feature some accounts have), that one works a little differently, let me know if that's the case and I'll get you the specifics. But for the standard generator, no expiry and no subscription dependence.
