How to connect second Facebook account Adobe Express Scheduler Multiple Accounts Feature

Hi,

 

I notice that I can connect up to three facebook accounts in adobe express scheduler now. However when i try to connect another facebook account, it automatically connects the existing business page that I have connected already.  It does not give me an option to choose which profile or business page I want to add for the second account.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Go to Facebook and logout there and login with the profile you want te connect to Adobe Express, no try again adding the second account. Or use another browser / browser profile where you login on the Facebook account you like to add and then open Express in that browser(profile) to add that second profile.

Same here! I was just thinking of posting the same question, as previous answers in the forum do not provide the answers, nor does other online material. By the way @Adobe if you delete an accoount permanently from the scheduler, ALL PREVIOUS PUBLISHED POSTS are deleted as well, contrary to what the app lets me know 😞 I'd like to connect two Facebook accounts (my personal ánd my business account) plus the two corresponding instagram accounts. However, like @Yash Ivory states, there's no way to choose from accounts. Plus, deleting all existing Facebook & insta accounts and then trying to set them up again, also does not work. I tried adding the accounts again (after deleing them from Adobe express) from another browser, and from an incognito browser, but no luck 😞 Not sure what I am doing wrong.

I have a premium plan and I've successfully connected both of my facebook accounts, but I can't get the option to do it for Instagram? What am I missing? I've disconnected on both adobe express and facebook and then re-done the same connection 3 days in a row with the same result. It's extremely frustrating. Is there someone who can just fix this on my account?
