How to fix the Adobe Express app no longer captioning videos? It used to, but refuses no matter the video.

I used to caption videos easily in Adobe Express. It now tries to load a video, but goes back to the home screen. The sizes are not the problem. The length is not a problem. All are within the limits. No matter what video, it will not caption. I even tried deleting the app and re-installing.
