How to scale non-proportionately

How do we scale an element, such as a rectangle, non-proportionately in Creative Express? We can't possibly achieve needed shapes without that.

    I'm finding that it still isn't possible. Even if you use shift of cntr or alt... Please, this is a standard base feature that needs to be in the software in order to do basic design. Thanks

      Hello, i always needed this functionality often - an it is not possible. I tried all different settings with shift, alt-shift and so on ... i did not realize.
      Is it already in development?

      Thanks for inquiring whether this is possible. Right now, unfortunately, we don't support this feature. This does sound like an excellent idea. After searching our current feature requests I found a few which were similar. Please add your vote and comments to these or create a new one if none of these match what you had in mind.

      I have voted. Not that it was easy to do so. Even though I tried to sign in, it would only let me create a new account so signed in with Facebook. We used to be able to free transform. Having a rectangle that only scales proportionately means it takes up more space than needed. I do hope this functionality is reinstated.
