How to turn down audio music layers individually, so its not so loud?

I am making an Instagram reel to thank and annouce an award our business won and want to add a layer of audio music to add to the background to add to the momentous occasion, however, there seems to be no way to adjust volume so that it doesnt drown out the original audio of our business's name being called out for the award. Anybody have any ideas on how to do that?
