HVAC and AC repair shop logo project Adobe express Free vs. Premium for high quality logos?

One of my close friends owns an HVAC and AC repair business in Ajax, CA, and he asked for my help with logo concepts. I've been looking into Adobe Express for creating logos, but I'm not sure whether the free version will suffice or if I should go for the premium version.

I need high-resolution logos similar to what you get from Adobe Illustrator. The AI-powered idea generation in Adobe Express seems really helpful. Has anyone used Adobe Express for this purpose? Can the free version deliver high-quality logos, or is the premium version necessary for the best results?
