I am attempting to set up Adobe Express for my school using the K-12 Onboarding Wizard via Google Workspace but this fails on dashboard creation

I am attempting to set up Adobe Express for my school using the K-12 Onboarding Wizard via Google Workspace.

I have successfully added and "Trusted" both Adobe Client IDs in my Google Admin Console (under API Controls > App Access Control). However, when I return to the Adobe setup page to confirm, I receive the following error message:

"Failed to create Adobe admin console"

I am super admin and have verified the Client IDs are correct, set them to "Trusted," and attempted to "Retry" the setup several times, but the error persists.

I can’t find anyone to contact to look into this - can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

    Hi @DPorterKC

Thanks for the detailed explanation. Since the Adobe Client IDs are already added and marked as Trusted and you’re a Super Admin, this looks less like a configuration issue and more like a backend Admin Console provisioning failure during the K‑12 onboarding flow.

To help narrow this down, could you please share a screenshot of the exact “Failed to create Adobe admin console” error and confirm that the Client IDs are trusted at the root OU level? It’s also worth trying once in an Incognito window or a different browser, just to rule out a browser/session issue.

    Regards,

    Tarun

Hi, thanks for this.  I had already tried incognito and have just tested using a different browser on a different machine - issue persists.

    Thanks again,

    Darren
