I am desinging a bifold graduation announcement.

I'm using the invitation 5x7 card template. Want it ot open like a regular card with the actual announcement on the inside of the card.  But Adobe's layout of the bifold card shows it all on one page .  I would think page one would be the outside of the card you see when you pull it out of the envelope.  Page to would be the inside of the card, when you open the card up.  So Adobe;'s layout is confusing.  There is no way to see the outside of the card and what the inside of the card would look like.  What am I doing worng?
