I am getting an error when I try to share an express presentation to my team

I am trying to share a file with my team and keep getting this error. I used an Adobe Branded template for the presentation and have had success sharing it to a couple of people before but now I am getting this error and cannot send to people that need it. Any known bugs or troublshooting advice to get this fixed?

Thank you! The issue wasn't actually that I couldn't send to specific people, but it wasn't letting me type in names to share with people which is where that error came in. I clicked the share button and immediately got the error before I could add anyone. It seems to have resolved itself though so I was able to share the next day.

Hello, @abby_8908!

I have a feeling that these people's accounts may have restricted sharing, meaning that they can't have projects shared to them. If this is not the case, I would recommend clearing your cookies and cache.
