I am missing multiple hockey programs and a senior night program within Adobe Express.  They do not appear in Creative Cloud. The folder I had created for them is there, but nothing within. How can I get them back?

• When did you first notice the files were missing?
• Were the projects originally created in Adobe Express, or were they imported from another Adobe application?
• Do you see the missing projects under Your Stuff, Recently Viewed, or Deleted?
• Are you signed in to the same Adobe account you used when creating the programs?
• Did the files disappear after making any changes, such as switching accounts, canceling a plan, or using a different device?
• Are the missing files gone only from the folder, or do they not appear anywhere in Adobe Express?

In the meantime, you can try the following:

1. Verify that you're signed in with the correct Adobe account.
2. Check Your Stuff → Deleted to see if the projects were accidentally removed.
3. Use the search bar in Adobe Express to search for the project names.
4. Check Recently Viewed or Recent Files.
5. Try accessing Adobe Express from a different browser or device to see if the files appear there.
6. If the folder is visible but empty, check whether any filters or sorting options are applied that could be hiding the files.
