i am trying to add .ai files into express and it does not open.

I have uploaded a .ai file into the adobe express. But when i try to open it, it just keeps loading for ever. 

 

Can someone share whats the best way to work with .ai files in adobe express?

    Hello, I'd try opening another .ai file to check if it's a file specific problem. If it is, I'd try copying the objects/assets in that file and paste them into a new .ai file and see.
