Question

I am trying to import pdf files, in different sizes, lenghts, reducing them to 1 page, but i am getting an error every time. Is there a trick or way to make it work? Last week it was working fine.

THe files containe vectors, and it might be the problem, but in that case, why did it work last week and I can't manage to make it work atm?

Hi Tarun, thanks for the reply.

    I've tried

    1. different files,
    2. spliting files and even reducing them to individual pages by printing the to pdf
    3. opening the file in inkscape and regenerating the pdf files in total, section os pages, os singles pages
    4. but I still get this error

I Somehow managed to import 5 pages today - I got an error message (a different one from that in the screenshot) but later the file was there and I could edit it.

After trying different methods last week, I fould Adobe express to be the most practical one to redesign and translate our user guides for now.

I am very thankful it you have any suggestion.

Edit: I've tried edge and chrome.

    Thanks

    Hi @Sandro36806785fi7s,

Welcome to the Adobe Express community! We’re sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know what error message you are getting? Did you try using another browser to check if that helps? Did you try importing another PDF to see if it works?

Is it possible for you to share a screen recording of the issue so I can better assist you?

    Regards,

    Tarun
