I can't access my files via the cloud

Hey I have a few different apps that I use which is like Adobe express, both the old version and the new version because I use my mobile and laptop and the z fold is not compatible with the new Adobe express, I also use Photoshop express, rush and lightroom... I have creative cloud but I don't know what's going on whether this is normal or it's just a error I'm at facing. 

 

Essentially if I were to make a design I can't seem to access it from the cloud when I'm using a different app or even sometimes in a different session using the same app. 

The other problem I have is when I do have a design available on the creative cloud and it's multi-page for example eight pages I can only ever access page one. So it means that I'm only able to see it from within Adobe express.

 

When working on a design in Adobe express will it automatically save to the cloud? 

Should it then be accessible in creative cloud app? Or just fire the cloud in another app like Photoshop?

 Is there a way to fix this issue with the multi-pages not being accessible directly by the creative cloud app?

Hi @Hounds D'Alberto

I suspect that the issues you're describing are related to using both the new and old versions. The two versions don't have immediately interchangeable file formats. When the new version launched one would have to go through a file migration process to convert their old files to be compatible with the new version. The old versions files won't be immediately accessible from the cloud for this reason. I'm not sure about the multipage issue but suspect that might be related to using the two different versions too. Would it be possible to share screenshots of the multipage issue to better understand what you're seeing?

If you were using the latest version on both your browser and mobile devices your files would be accessible in both. Files do save to the cloud. Typically, the files here https://adobe.ly/4jZdLwi would be available in the Creative Cloud app too. Eventually Adobe will be discontinuing access to the older version.
