I can't change an image in a scheduled or draft post

I've got a post created.

With an image (not video).

And want to change the image.

But it says 'something went wrong, try again in a few minutes'.

For a few hours now...

Any thoughts gratefully received 🙂

BTW I was using safari and changed to chrome as this seemed to upset it quite a lot too.
