I can't duplicate files

I normally use duplicate to copy dimension and font use on other banner s but for some reason it despair

We're sorry for your experience with the new Express version. Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, are you trying to duplicate the files, folders, brands, and libraries? Is it possible for you to share the screen-recording of the issue?
