I can't get an fonts to work on webpage

Same this happening here seems like there is a major bug as I can upload fonts or apply fonts from Adobe's own selection. Nothing seems to be applying.
When I opened one design last year, it's actually corrupting it aswell.

The same thing is happening for me. I tried viewing it in safari and chrome both in a regular and incognito window and it still shows as the same default font. It started over a week ago for me and it hasn’t stopped since.

It always renders as helvetica. When I inspect the webpage it shows in the style sheet that it should be rendering as Nave (my intended font) but the rendered style is helvetica (see screenshots). I’ve tried multiple fonts from the adobe font catalogue and all of them render as a variety of helvetica. My uploaded fonts display correctly (I assume because they are stored locally) but none of the adobe fonts I have tested have worked.

When I export to PDF it displays the correct font but unfortunately I need to view it as a webpage and the preview, editing and presentation modes all display my fonts incorrectly.

Device: macbook M5 pro 64GB ram (Tahoe 26.6.2)

Browsers used: Safari Version 26.6.2, Chrome Version 152.0.7977.76 (Incognito and standard)

Hi! I’m experiencing the same issue. The fonts are displaying incorrectly while editing the webpage in Adobe Express, not just after publishing.

I’m using fonts from the Adobe Express/Adobe Fonts library, not custom or uploaded fonts. I’ve used these same fonts in this webpage theme for months without any issues, and this behavior started suddenly.

I’ve also tested the project in an Incognito window, and the issue persists. Express recognizes the font I select and shows it correctly in the theme settings, but the webpage preview does not actually render the selected font. I tested this with several fonts, including a very distinct script font, and the heading continued to display as the same generic sans-serif font.

My header theme font is Shift Medium. 

This appears to be an issue with the webpage theme editor rendering the selected fonts rather than an issue with a particular font or browser cache.

I’m happy to provide my device/OS/browser information and a screen recording if that would be helpful for troubleshooting.

Hi ​@Eccentric_uniqueness5783, Could you confirm whether the fonts are displaying incorrectly while you're editing the webpage in Adobe Express, or if they look correct in the editor but change when the webpage is published?

Also, are you using fonts from the Express font library or custom/uploaded fonts? If possible, try opening the project in an Incognito/Private window or a different browser to see if the behavior changes.

If the issue persists, please share your device, OS, browser/version, and the fonts you're trying to use, along with a screenrecording of the workflow along with what you're seeing. That will help us investigate further.
