I can’t save a video made in Adobe Express to the desktop

Hi all! I can’t save a video made in Adobe Express. To improve the performance of the program, I cleared my cookies and deleted irrelevant photos, videos and projects from my Adobe account. The result is still the same. Please help me, tell me how to save the edited and finished video to the desktop?

Hi @@artnomad2022,Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please look through all assets (video/audio/image) in each scene and make sure they render correctly, rather than with a warning sign or gray/empty box. If you encounter any, delete it and re-add it. If that doesn't help, please share the URL of your project to investigate further. Regards,Tarun
