I can't select the templates
I searched for templates to work on them, I click but no responding or loading.

What type of templates are you looking for? Is it a video or an image? What did you put in the search bar? Did you see an error message?
We suggest checking the Internet connection and changing the browser (Google, Safari and Microsoft Edge are recommended). Clearing the caches and cookies might resolve the issue. You can try to test in incognito or private mode.
If the issue persists, please share a screenshot of the result so we can see what you're experiencing.
