I cancelled my free trial, but it has not been cancelled.
Hello,
I signed up for a free trial and canceled it on April 3rd. However, I got an email saying payment failed on my card. Thankfully, I did not have the required balance on my card so I was not charged. However, now I am unable to continue using my card because if money is transferred to it, I will be charged with adobe.
I received the cancellation confirmation email. I will attach a screenshot, but it is in Turkish. Please help me in this matter because I do not want to be charged for a subscription I do not use.
