I cannot crop image to circle

Hello, I have seen a few YT tutorials , where is posible to crop images to circle. But I'm missing that feature on my side. Please see the screenshot:

To get the crop options in various shapes, double-click on the image that needs to be cropped. Once you do that, you'll get the crop shapes option in the left sidebar.
