I cannot download a video???

I cannot get my video to download.  This used to be so easy.  It says waiting to download, but it has been 10 hours!

We're sorry to hear about this. Did you create the video in an older version of Adobe Express or a newer version? Would it be possible for you to share a screenshot of the error message?
