I pay 100 a year to only use this on special occasions like making flyers for holidays and actual promotion sales but it’s not working out for me. I’m trying to generate a photo and it a horrible way to put specific things together when it doesn’t spell statements correctly as it should. Then it’s time consuming to edit items or photo for example, I’m trying to change the size of the photo and customize it but I can’t when it doesn’t show the hoyo I generated yet it’s still being edited without being able to see the edit and it’s very frustrating to try to quickly make a flyer when I need to focus on my job trying to sell stuff instead of figuring out why I can’t see what I’m editing. Very inconsistent on the times I need it the most…..

    Hi @athletic_partnerb5c4,

    Thanks for posting in the Express community forum! I understand your frustration. When you're paying for this to save you time on flyers and it slows you down instead, especially when you're busy, that's a real problem.

    Two things in what you described, because they're actually different:

    • On the spelling/text coming out wrong in generated images: that's a known weak spot of AI image generation, it's pretty bad at spelling exact words, and it's not you doing anything wrong. The reliable way around it is to generate the image without relying on it for the words, then add your text as a normal text layer on top, where you control it exactly. That also makes it far faster to tweak.

    • On not being able to see the photo you generated while it's still "being edited": that one sounds like an actual display issue, not just a limitation. If the canvas isn't showing your generated image but still acts like it's there, that's worth me looking into. A couple of quick things: does it show up if you refresh the page or reopen the project? And are you on the web app or the mobile app, and which browser? If you have a screen recording, even better!

    If the generated image genuinely won't display but the edit is stuck open, tell me and I'll take that piece to the team. The spelling part I can't make the AI perfect at, but the text-layer approach should at least stop it from wrecking your flyers.
