I don't have access to Adobe Express...

Hi, I don't have access to Adobe Express, but I have Premium access. Some GIFs/REELS are stuck in the app and I can't open them 😞
I get this message at the end: "It might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."Can someone help me? 🙂

Can you share a screenshot or screen recording of the workflow that leads to the error message mentioned above? Which platform are you working on? Is it the desktop app, mobile (iOS/Android), or iPad?
