I keep getting a Save error message in my Adobe Express. I have restarted computer and cleared my cache.

What do I need to do to fix the issue of not being able to save my project in Adobe Express?

    Hi ​@danieleshedd, thanks for reaching out. 

     

    Could you check your Adobe cloud storage by signing into your Adobe account? If your storage is full, it can sometimes prevent projects from saving. If needed, empty the trash as well and try saving again.

    You may also want to try opening Adobe Express in an Incognito/Private window. If saving works there, the issue may be caused by a browser extension such as an ad blocker, Grammarly, or another privacy or security extension. It would also help to try a different browser or a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to rule out any network-related issues.

     

    Also let us know if there been any recent changes to your setup, such as a new internet connection, router, VPN, firewall, or security software? These can sometimes interfere with Adobe Express services.

     

    If the issue persists, please let us know:

    • Whether the save error occurs with all projects or just one.
    • Your browser and version, operating system, and Adobe Express plan type.
    • The exact error message you're seeing, including any error code or UUID, if any.
    • Whether you're on a home or workplace network.

    With those details, we'll be to investigate further.
