I lost all most of my files after Effects update

Question

I have lost a majority of my files after Adobe Effects update. I can see some on the web browser, and when I click on them it takes me to the app (Im on an iPad pro), but it is not on the app version. Thank you.

Can you please specify the Adobe application you're referring to? Are you working on Adobe After Effects application or on Adobe Express? Can you share screenshots or a screen recording showing us what you're referring to here? It will help us determine the app and better assist you.
