I'm looking for Adobe Express analytics, specifically for the usage of Adobe Express. How many times specific templates were access/used/etc...who used them...who access template folders/sections/etc. Things like that.

Hello! Where I can find usage analytics for Adobe Express itself.

Things like:

  • Template usage (access, used, published, exported, etc.)
  • Folder/File usage (accessed, etc.)
  • Brand usage (viewed, pieces used, etc.)
  • By Employee usage (who, when, how often, etc.)
  • Things of that nature

Thanks!

Hi @JFHarvey,

Thanks for reaching out! This is a great question, and I can definitely see how detailed usage analytics like this would be valuable, especially for teams managing templates and brand assets at scale.

At the moment, Adobe Express doesn’t provide built-in analytics at the level you’re describing. However, this is a thoughtful use case and something that could be very helpful for organizations looking to measure adoption and usage.

As a workaround, you can explore analytics through integrations like Metricool within Adobe Express, which focuses on content performance (engagement, impressions, etc.), though it won’t provide internal template or asset usage tracking. You can check this link for more info- https://new.express.adobe.com/add-ons?addOnId=w451n5n3i

I’d strongly encourage submitting it as a feature request here- https://adobeexpress.uservoice.com/forums/951181-adobe-express as this page is being monitored by our product team.
