I'm not able to sue my Express account it's supper slow

I have been trying to start a new project on my Adobe Express account but it's super slow, I can't even load previous projects to edit them. I've been waiting for 20 min to start a project and its still loading. 

I use a Mac, Ventura 13.3 OS.

My upload speed is 63Mbps, so this should be okay. 

Is anyone else having this issue? I'm considering canceling my subscription and going to Canva. 

Can someone in Adobe reply?
