I'm using a "free" avatar maker in Express. I got back no results at all yet I've seemed to have run out of credits. Why? Why is Adobe charging me money for a blank screen?

Using Adobe Express. Added one of the free avatar makers. Started to use it but after two tries with zero results, it notified me that I was now out of credits. Why?
It’s already so expensive to use Adobe products but now to get ripped off with credit schemes seems cruel and maybe illegal.
It wasn’t that I got a result I didn’t like. I got zero results. Nothing.

Please contact Adobe Support via chat (adobe.ly/contactus) or share your Adobe ID privately so the team can review your account and restore any credits if they were deducted due to a failed generation.
