I'm using a new Brand that's been shared with me. None of the Logos or Graphics are visible on my side? The file names are there with placeholders, but when I try to use them, I keep on getting an error message.

Question

This is a new brand that has been shared with me. I’m listed as an Editor.

But then when I go to use any of the Graphics or Logos, I can’t see the images available. They’re visible on the other person’s side.

I’ve logged out of Adobe entirely, logged back in, checked apps for updates, etc. This is the only brand it’s happened to.

You can see that even when I try to add the logo/graphic, it has an error saying it can’t be applied?

Hey ​@ShenaiMarks! Looks like your post fell through the cracks. Apologies for the late response.Can you confirm if you're still having trouble accessing these shared brand assets? Does it happen with any other shared brandtoo?Could you try opening the Brand in an Incognito/Private window and, if possible, from a different network to rule out any browser or network related issues?Would you be able to ask the owner to reshare the brand again to see if that makes any difference?If the issue persists, please share a screen recording showing the workflow of accessing this brand and other shared brands, then we’d be able to take it ahead for investigation.Thanks!
