I need help get access to adobe express

I've downloaded the app on my iPad and iPhone and it says I need to get access with contacting IT but when I press the link it doesn't take my anywhere. I'm using this app for my school.

    I often see this at school.  Access can be limited for any number of reasons.  All it took was a simple online IT request to the IT guys.  Connecting thru a work or state level of network could produce the same results.
