I pay a monthly subscription for the Adobe Express, why does it cut off, reload, recover files (sometimes they don’t recover)?

I pay a monthly subscription for Adobe Express, why does it cut off, reload, recover files (but sometimes they don’t recover)? I’ve deleted trash, updated my phone and app, but it still does it.

    What you’re describing here usually points to app or session instability rather than to a subscription issue.

    This can sometimes happen due to an unstable internet connection, causing the app to lose sync, or device memory constraints (especially with heavier projects). Can you confirm whether this happens across all project types, or is it specific to certain types, such as video projects or those with many layers? We’d also like to know if you're having the same experience in the web app, too? 

     

    Here are some things worth checking:

    • Could you try switching to a different internet connectivity to see if it improves stability?
    • Ensure that it's not VPN. 
    • Close other background apps to free up memory.

    Also curious — when files don’t recover, are these larger/more complex projects, or does it happen even with simple ones?
